Vendor Fee-PROVIDENCE, RI

Things you should know:

• Arrive to the venue at 2pm for setup.

• All vendors must have necessary permit and licenses to selling goods at the event.

• Please bring enough inventory to last the full duration of the event.

• We are expecting 700-1000 guest.

• Yellow cup Weekend and the venue will provide 1 6ft table for your station.

• All vendors are responsible for their own setup.

• Floor standing signage and table signage are acceptable but please.

• no tents or extra large signage that may block visibility of other vendors.

• Vendors are expected to remain at their booth for the entire event.

• No food or drinks are permitted to be sold brought in, or given away as a complimentary item.

• Failure to comply with food and beverage policy will result in immediate removal from the event without reimbursement.
