Join us as we return to the all new Polar Park stadium, Home of the Worcester Woosox’s for our second visit to the 6 acre state of the art facility. The one of a kind facility was perfect for the festival last year and we are happy to return. The architecture, siting, and overall design of the ballpark pays considerable attention to the unique characteristics of the Canal District. Get ready for games, art, music, food, and super cool vibes.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Entry to the event is by ticket only.

  • Tickets must be physically printed or presented digitally on your phone.

  • There are absolutely zero door tickets and no re-entry into the venue.

  • Avoid lines and come early.

  • Seriously, come early.

  • The bar accepts cash and all major credit cards.

  • Marijuana and vaping are not allowed.

  • The Dress code is casual fly so ladies feel free to leave the heels at home.

  • The event is outdoors on concrete The main concourse is an outdoor space with plenty of overhead covering. You will be covered if it rains!

  • Food is also available for purchase. Chicken tenders, Nachos, Hamburgers, hot dogs, fries etc

  • You will be given your first yellow cup at the bar when you order a drink.

  • Let loose and have fun. It's going to be EPIC!

  • Outside professional filming or photos are not permitted.

  • Tag your yellow cup and reuse it throughout the night! #yellowcupweekend

  • Please do not write on chuck the cup mascot.

  • Please put stickers on cups and or your body only. It's extremely hard to remove stickers from furniture.

  • 21+ Only

  • Don't forget your ID (You will be denied entry, no way around this).

  • Doors officially close at 7:30 PM (Venue orders/ no refunds).

  • The event ends at 9:40 PM.

  • SECURITY

  • For the safety of everyone absolutely no re-entry into the venue.

  • Backpacks and large purses are not allowed.

  • Absolutely no outside beverages.

  • There will be a private security team, fire and police detail.

  • We believe a safe place is a fun place.

  • For the newcomers, we promote an environment of fun, love and zero drama. Sexual harassment or violence will not be tolerated.

  • Come relax, lounge, drink, eat, play games, and/or turn up.

“I’M not attending anymore can I change the name on my ticket?

Names on the ticket do not need to match the guest. You can give your ticket to whomever you choose as long as they are 21+

Is the event still going on if it rains?

Yes we have a rain plan this year and we are basically moving indoors at the same location.

Can I bring my professional camera?

Outside professional photography is not allowed. You may take photos with your mobile device.

I Never received my ticket. Can you please send it to me.
